For decades, sponsorship of the Pennsylvania National Horse Show has given individuals and businesses the distinction of being a part of one of the largest and most prestigious indoor horse shows in the nation.

Now, following the success of the 75th anniversary Pennsylvania National Horse Show in 2021, the exposure and opportunities for sponsors have further increased, with more reasons than ever before to get involved in the historic event in 2022 and beyond.

Whether you are an individual looking to support equestrian organizations (and receive a tax write-off!) or a corporation aiming to increase awareness of your brand, here are three of the top reasons to partner with the 2022 PNHS, to be held October 13-22 at the PA Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg, PA.

In 2021, the PNHS expanded to a two-ring horse show for the first time in the event’s history, welcoming new classes and more than 1,500 total entries from across 44 states.

With free admission offered throughout the majority of the 10-day horse show, and with new and returning events to be offered for spectators in 2022, partners of the PNHS receive exposure to an audience of non-equestrians and equestrian enthusiasts alike from across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Corporate and individual sponsorships are offered at all price points and with any goals in mind. Whether it’s an ice cream social, an arena named for your brand, or an all-new, on-site activation, the opportunities are endless.

Sponsoring the PNHS is about much more than the horse show itself. Each year, proceeds from the show are the greatest source of funding for the PNHS Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing funding for therapeutic riding and equine rescue organizations.

Thanks to the tax-deductible support of generous sponsors, the Foundation was able to award grants to 31 therapeutic riding and equine rescue programs following the 2021 PNHS. The grant funds distributed for 2021 saw a 300% increase since they were last awarded in 2019, and the PNHS team hopes to continue to provide more and more each year.

The Foundation’s efforts don’t stop there, however. In addition to providing grant funding, the PNHS Foundation also hosts the LifeVac Therapeutic Riding Championships each year on “Foundation Friday” during the horse show – a highlight for therapeutic riders from across Pennsylvania.
